Now the Christmas rush is over it's given me a bit of breathing space at long last :) My most popular thing this year was definitely my rainbow fairies, I did a series of 4 of these in different ethnic groups, which is what made them so popular I believe. Out of the 4, by far the Chinese one was my favourite.
I also did some more woodland scenes as they were popular too, but very time consuming.
My blog always seems to get neglected, as I get so busy at times. I've been doing a lot of needle felting lately, as this is ok for my hands which are getting riddled with arthritis. Anyway, the weather is terrible here on Anglesey today, torrential rain all night and gale force wind, on the upside that means I can sit crafting all day. Here are a few of my latest makes.
Here is my latest collection of funky fairies, and also a set of 4 more mainstream fairies. To see prices and sizes click on my Cosmic Craft link at the top of the page. :)
Oh my goodness, it's almost a year since I wrote on my blog, bad me !! In my defence it's been a very busy year one way and another. Crafting and then moving house, took up a lot of my time. It's only now life is starting to settle down again, and I'm able to start crafting again.
I've started doing some little needle felted woodland scenes as presents for Christmas this year, well I've done one and am on my second. I've also done some needle felted funky fairies too. Which hopefully I'll get photo's of today to show to you.
For the time being I'll show you the hats I did last year with needle felted designs on, and also the first woodland scene.
The needle felted mermaid was a commission, as were most of the hats. To see lots more of my creations pop over to my Facebook page Cosmic Crafts
I'm a laid back hippy who loves to craft. Swapping from one genre to another to appeal to the maximum audience. But whatever I do you can guarantee it'll be bright and colourful
